            Robotic process automation is being implemented for highly repetitive tasks normally performed by humans. Machine learning algorithms are being cobined into analytics & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms to inform customers about serving them better. For example, chat-bot: Chat-bots are increasingly present in businesses.
