The chat-bot is an AI-based computer program used to communicate with a live user on a website. This is made up of two words, chat (conversation) and the second bot (robot).
That means a robot talking to people. Chatbot is a service that allows people to communicate through a chat interface. You can ask questions using your voice or you can type in the same way. Today, most chat-bots are accessed online through website popups or virtual assistants like Google Assistant, Amazon Mazon Alexa, or messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, Snap-chat, etc.
In the modern era of technology, Chat-bots are the next big thing in the era of interactive services. Chatbot is a virtual person who can use interactive skills to talk to any human being effectively is based on a virtual person machine due to the learning and dynamic nature of learning and artificial intelligence(AI)concepts.
Chat-bot contains all the information in a small part which is related to that company, bank, organization, website. As we are chatting with someone, we get a response in two, four, or six lines. In the same way, information is integrated into the chat line in some lines so that if any question is asked, it will be answered in two to four lines.
Why Chatbot are important? or where it is used?
Chatbot applications streamline interplays between people and services, enhancing the client experience. At the same time, they provide new opportunities to companies by reducing the specific cost of servicing customers to improve customer engagement processes and operational efficiency. To be victorious, a chatbot resolution must be able to perform both of these functions adequately. Human support plays an important role here: no matter what approach and platform, human intervention is important in configuring, training and optimizing chatbot systems.
Chatbots are typically used in categories that include: commerce (e-commerce through chat), education, entertainment, finance, health, news, and productivity. By the way, all those with website can use the chatbot. But big websites, every day millions of visitors come and want to inquire or ask some questions. So if the website will hire a special employee to answer every visitor, then that employee will be able to have a conversation with the same person at a time. And then what about the rest, and if the company hires a lot of people to answer every visitor, then the company's manpower will increase and the expenses will also increase.
So that's why big companies develop a computer program to answer all those common questions. Which we call Chatbot. In this, all the information related to the company is kept and whatever questions the visitor sends to them, it analyzes and answers them. And you get your answer without talking to any person. And a chatbot can reply to millions of visitors at a time. Because that person is not a computer program. In today's date, chatbots are used for the following things. And there are countless possibilities for its use in the future.

Others ranging from banking, finance, retail and many more have AI, which is chat enabled to help increase customer engagement, gather basic customer information, answer product questions, or general company information. Because bots can always have pleasant tones and no need to sleep or take breaks, companies can keep them deployed 24/7 to connect and interact with customers.
