                             The chat-bot is an AI-based computer program used to communicate with a live user on a website. This is made up of two words, chat (conversation) and the second bot (robot). 
                           That means a robot talking to people. Chatbot is a service that allows people to communicate through a chat interface. You can ask questions using your voice or you can type in the same way. Today, most chat-bots are accessed online through website popups or virtual assistants like Google Assistant, Amazon Mazon Alexa, or messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, Snap-chat, etc.

Because bots can always have pleasant tones and no need to sleep or take breaks, companies can keep them deployed 24/7 to connect and interact with customers.
